Attempted fraud or extortion
Twenty-one years ago I purchased complete package for burial arrangements, all services included. Now I have received a letter informing me I have to pay $600.00 more, because no preparation costs were not included. Is this fraud or extortion? What should I do?

Body preparation
You need to read the contract to seeis included. Depending upon you funeralwishes, etc, little body preparation maybe required.
