unwanted email
Oregon enacts a law to stop unwanted email referred to as spam. The law states in pertinent part, “Anyone person who sends unwanted or unsolicited email over the Internet is guilty of a felony. This section also applies to any person who aid, abets or conspires to violate this statute.” Virginia is the only state that has a similar statute.
What are the the legal issues or problems presented for the Oregon or Virginia prosecutor.
Re: unwanted email
