Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oregon

If I put up a No Smoking sign in my house will that make it illegal for people to smoke there? If not, is there a way I can make it illegal?

Do you own the house? Then declare that anyone who smokes there is trespassing. Ask that person to leave. If he does not leave, call the police to remove him.

Are you the renter on the lease? Then do the same thing to anyone who is not on the lease.
