Discovery false reporting
When looking a a discovery report there are things in the report that are false. Charges never known about or that didnt happen. Is there anyway to have these things removed from your record?

In Oregon you can have a conviction and or an arrest removed from your record, depending upon the charge and your past record. You cannot have your named removed from a police report.
