Legal Question in DUI Law in Oregon

Consequences of DUI

I was pulled over for a DUI in 1996, failed the breathalyzer and received a ticket for DUII. With no previous tickets I attended diversion. What type of criminal record do I have and if so what can be done to expunge it?
