I am seventeen years old, I was arrested last night for a DUI, careless driving and running a red light. Is there a way when I turn eighteen to get the DUI cleared off of my record? Or will it stay there for a number of years? This is my first offense.

The DUI, if it goes on your record, will stay on your record for at least a number of years and perhaps forever. So, the best thing to do is try to keep it off of your record. You'll want to hire a good defense attorney. If you'd like my assistance contact me directly.
