i want to defer the charge,sence i have never had a prior duii.should i show up to the first court date and plead no contest and ask for a deferal?what will i need to do sence the ticket was in Oregon,but my licence is in washington?can i take the classes here in washington?i have read over some oppitions and it sounds like i could show up my self for the court date.and work through this.should i take another person with me to court so they can drive home?or can i get a hardship permit be for i go to court?should i be contacting my home state dmv to get that going befor i go to court?i fill that i could do all this on my own if i know what to expect.thanks for your help.
