Not sure if I qualify for diversion

Ok to make it short I got a DuII for marijuana and am for diversion, but I looked the diversion rules up and it says I cannot have had any rehab in the past ten years, recently I got a possesion of alcohol ticket and signed up to take the 3 hours long class, will this class inable me to qualify for diversion?

Unfortunately, this is not a black and white issue. Your case falls in the grey area and could require a contested diversion hearing.
