Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

My ex-fiance adopted my 2 children 2 years ago. Now he wants out of the responsibility , since we are no longer together. We live in oregon. Is there away out for him if I don't consent to it?

In sum, the only way out for him is to have the children adopted by some other man (which could not be done without your consent). In essence, once adopted, the legal relationship between the child and the adopting parent is no different than the relationship between a child and the natural birth parent. While you can end a marriage with a divorce, you cannot "undo" an adoption when it is no longer wanted. That is not the way the law works.
