Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Father shall have five weeks of parenting time during the summer (to be taken in one or two week blocks). At no time may the Father exercise more than two of his five week blocks consecutively, with at least one week in between each of Father's blocks. Father shall elect his parenting time in such a way that Mother is left with at least one two week block during the summer.
