Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

A friend separated from her husband, moved into an apartment. They had converted a room in their house for her to operate her hair salon and she has been working out of the room since the separation. He has now decided that she can't come to the house anymore for work or to see their animals, can he do this?

Yes he can. At least in the absence of a court order entered as part of a pending legal proceeding for dissolution of marrage.
