Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

How do you give up your parental rights in Oregon when the mother of your child is hanging it over your head and saying I am getting money from you and if you don't your going to jail..and threaten to abort the child cause I was being a jerk and that I will never see my child

You seem not be be understanding the point. A distinction needs to be made between parental RIGHTS and parental RESPONSIBILITIES. You can always give up your parental RIGHTS (such as rights of visitation) by simply not exercising those rights. Paying child support, on the other hand, is not a "right." Rather it is a parental RESPONSIBILITY. And cannot just "give up" your parental responsibilities, at least not unless you recruit somebody else to take over those responsibilities on your behalf.
