Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

My ex husband forced me to sign our divorce papers by telling me that if I didn't sign them he would keep my grandkids from me. He has guardianship of them and so I signed them giving up everything I would have been entitled to due to our 20 year marriage, only now that they are signed he is keeping them from me anyway. Is there any way that I can get it revised and get the court to grant me visitation

Probably, yes. Hire a lawyer. Let he/she review your dissolution judgment and decide what to do. It may require a motion for modification or other motion. Be prepared to pay a retainer to your lawyer.
