My kids mom put another r/o on me to stop me from taking the kids to visit their grandmother in North Carolina after she agreed to let them go what can I do?

YOUR QUESTION:
My kids mom put another r/o on me to stop me from taking the kids to visit their grandmother in North Carolina after she agreed to let them go what can I do?
ANSWER:
File with the court a Request for Hearing so you can then have a judge review the case and listen to your objections to the R/O. If the judge agrees with your position, the judge will vacate the R/O.
