I'm about to get married I live in Oregon. My question is if I owe back child suport after I'm married r they going to try to take it out of my husbands work checks?

ANSWER: Under Oregon law, your spouse is not legal liable for your pre-marital debts. Your support obligation for a child from a prior relationship (both past support and future support) is a pre-marital debt. The obligation is not enforceable about your husband's income.
