Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

We just moved to Oregon. We have custody paperwork from Colorado. The order states that we pay for travel expenses from Oregon to Utah for our 5 year old at Thanksgiving. The trouble is that we are strapped finically because child support is not being paid. Are we legally required to take her to Utah even though we can't afford it because child support is not being paid?

YES. The fact that the other party is disobeying a court order does not mean that you, too, can disobey are court order. In sum, two wrongs do not make a right.
