While a soldier is deployed can we legally get divorced or do we have to wait until he gets back from deployment?

ANSWER:

If he is in total agreement with all of the issues that are relevent to the divorce (child custody, support, property division, etc), you can proceed with the divorce even though he is deployed.

If there is disagreement, you will probably have to wait until he gets back.
