Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oregon

We signed papers to buy/finance an rv trailer and after we took possession the company changed the terms and payment amount and wants us to sign new papers.

We can't afford higher payments and the company is saying they won't let us return it. What can we do?

If you in fact signed final papers to buy and finance it, tell the dealer that you will make those payments and will not change the deal. If you in fact did not sign final papers to buy and finance it but were waiting for the dealer to arrange financing, then you are entitled to return it, if the dealer fails to come through with the financing you earlier agreed to.
