auto accident 3 in my car no fault all injured

My pip of 20k is used and my bills are over 60k and increasing daily. The at fault insurance is 50k per indecent how would i get any more to pay my bills and have money for future PT and more medical bills . They have no other assets but shouldn't there insurance pay what ever my medical bills are and give me a settlement for more?

The at fault driver's insurance is only going to pay up to the "policy limit." That is how much insurance the at fault driver purchased. You should check your own insurance to see if your "underinsured motorist coverage" is higher than the at fault driver's insurance limit. If so, you may be able to make a claim against your own insurance up to your policy limit.

You should consult an attorney regarding your questions as there may be options available to you that you have not yet considered.
