Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oregon

Auto accident and Neglect.

I was injured in an high speed, high impact, auto accident on January 8th,2004.I was a passenger, No police or emergency personell was called by the employer who arrived within minutes of the accident. I was unable to because of shock. I was told by my employer to leave the accident scene before anyone else saw it. I was taken to my truck by the owners daughter one hour away and dropped off.I told her on the way there my neck was really starting to hurt. She dropped me off anyway. The drivers were not immedialty drug tested, i was not given any medical attention at the accident scene and NOW, state police, sheriff, OSHA, and even now, nobody WILL INVESTIGATE THE ACCIDENT.

I now have a broken neck and am awaitng surgery.I am very thankful; I can still walk........for now.........

May I sue my employer even though workers comp has step in to save them,(BECAUSE IT WWAS IN COMPANY VEHICLES) for neglect and neglect of the driver who was purposely traveling in our lane and caused this life changing injury.?

It was my birthday to top it off.

Re: Auto accident and Neglect.

You appear to have a very serious legal claim and should contact a personal injury attorney immediately. I do not do that sort of work but have heard good reports from clients of the Kafoury firm at 503-224-2647.
