If in fact your ex received the house as part of your divorce settlement or judgment, he does not need you to do anything. He can take the divorce decree to the county property records office and have you removed from the title. You can do this yourself. Take the divorce decree to the county property records office and have it "recorded" in the chain of title for the house. That will show the world that you do not own the house.

You should also notify the credit bureaus that, as of whatever date, you do not own the house. If the foreclosure shows up on your credit records, file a complaint with the credit bureaus.
