Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oregon

We are the owners of a condo that we rent out. The next door neighbor makes life unbearable for them and we have lost two tenants because of her. She told the last one that since she owns her unit she has more rights than a renter. Is there any legal action we can take? We are losing money because of her.

First, your condo association probably has a comlaint procedure, so file a complaint there. Most condo associations have the power to fine owners for misconduct.

Second, sue the neighbors for nuisance, with damages measured by your loss of rental income and diminution in value of your condo. If you want to sue for $10,000 or less, you can do so in small claims court. See http://www.osbar.org/public/legalinfo/1061_SmallClaims.htm.
