Im 17 my grandparents kicked me out and my question is can i get that money they were getting for me in a bank account for me to live on?

yes - go to the nearest Social Security Office to get help in either getting your grandparents to use the money to help you live or get another representative payee who will use the money for your benefit appropriately -
