Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon
Is there a way to place assets into a trust so that the assets no longer show as owned by an individual? I have two minor boys. As I understand a Living Trust, the individual remains the owner until he/she dies?

Yes, it is called an Irrevocable Trust.
