I'M service connected veteran: PTSD:

Can i have an attorney file for a: VARIFIED/ LETTER OF AWARD: from MY INHERITANCE with my MOM'S Estate, so I can VARIFY how much money MY 1/5th share of the Estate VALUE is mine?

No. There is no way to determine how much a percentage of an estate is worth until all of the creditors' claims are determined and the costs of probate are calculated.

Determining the value of each heirs share is usually not done until the end of the probate process after any property is sold, all the creditors are determined and the estate is ready to close. At that time, the PR and his/her attorney will file a final accounting showing what money and property came into the estate, what creditors were paid (or need to be paid) and ascertaining all the costs of the probate. At that time, the court will sign a judgment setting out each heir's portion and ordering that the rest of the expenses be paid. Then, and only then can the PR determine the value of each heir's share.
