Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon

My sibiling & I stand to receive an inheritance.

According to my elderly mother, her written Will reflects assets be split 5050. Since the signing of the Will, my sibiling has obtained POA, had their name added to all of mothers banks accounts, obtained Conservatorship, & then proceeded to estranged our relationship. What do I need to do to protect my half? Am I at a total loss?

You have a right to receive all information related to the conservatorship. You can get a copy of the file at the courthouse and file a Request for Notice to ensure you receive all future filings.

You also have a right to review other information related to your mother's finances and to see your mother without interference. However, you will need to consult with an attorney further about your options because they are dependent on other circumstances.
