Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon
I am wondering if the will has been filed & went to probate, is it public knowledge if someone filed a contest against it? And how can you find out other than calling the lawyer.

You may go to the courthouse and order a copy of the probate file.
However, this will only show if something has been filed. You will not know about subsequent filings.
