Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon

Years ago my mother changed her property title to include me. She has recently passed away leaving me the total property in her will. For some reason in the wording of the title, is says that when my name was added to the deed, that the property is transfered (not with right of surviorship, but with rights?). I am wondering how do I get the title totally in my name. And do I have to pay taxes on the transfer of property? Thank you

Sounds like you owned property with your mother as "tenants in common" which means her 1/2 interests remained in her estate after her death. To get the property in your name alone you will either need to do a small estate affidavit or full probate, depending upon the fair market value of the 1/2 interest.
