Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan

An investigating agency ordered the bank to freeze one of its customer's account and by following the written orders account was freezed by the bank. Later on Trial Court acquitted the accused / bank account holder and also ordered to release his bank account. Bank on receipt of court order provided by the customer released his account and amount withdrawn by the account holder. Now the investigating agency is asking the bank as to why it has released the account / funds without consulting / informing them because they have already filed the appeal in the Higher Court. Please advise whether bank has not rightly released the account by following court orders because after issuance of Court orders investigating agency never approached the bank for continuing freezing of said account?
