Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
can bank file a criminal complain against the same party who has issued a cheque in favour of the same party? like party JIMMY TROUSERS issued a cheuqe infavour of JIMMY TROUSERS c/o XYZ BANK ltd.
In this situation can a bank lodge a criminal complain against the party or its partners?

are u talking about FIR.?
bank can not go for registration of case at police station.
they can file a recovery suit in banking court.
