Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Can Inspecting Officer of FIA/Police asks the bank's branch to produce/hand over original cheques, account opening form of accounts or just information of accounts which are under their investigation due to lodgement of complaint by someone without producing Court orders?

He can make bank as a part of investigation, as far as original docs. are concerned he must have ROBKAR in this regard. however, at evidence stage court may order bank for production of docs in original. You had better to handover certified copies of the required docs to investigation officer.
