Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Stale Bill of Lading
If a customer present a B/L of Lading issued prior to Issuance of a Letter of Credti then Is it necessary that there should be a clause quoted as below? ''Stale B/L acceptable''. Kindly advise about the same.
