Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
is there any possibility if the 489f f.i.r launched then i pay half amount in court and get some time for another half payment. or my bale will cancelled?

in fact the current judicial policy announced, the complainant is required to give notice for payment instead of direct action of lodging an FIR , any way if you are willing to pay half of it and rest lateron then court often allows and encourage payments under this modus operandi.
