Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
I have a startup and we develop applications for smart devices In Pakistan. We want toupload a paid version of our app on google store but google doesnot allowpaid apps to be uploaded from pakistan therefore we areplanning to involve my family members in USA and Canada to help us out. We need a bank account in USA and want to register our company there so google allows us to upload our app. Can you tell me what are legalities involved, what type of paper work is required and how much it can cost. I dont want to spend much a llc or inc or any other sort of company which can save taxes would be lovely for me. Your siggestions will be appreciated.
