Cheque Bounced
Hello,
One of my cheques got bounced of Rs 5000, and the reason placed on the cheque was ''Account closed'' whereas the account is operational by all means....
Could you guide me through with this...

Facts narrated do not attract provisions of 489-F of the Pakistan Penal Code on the want of Account Closed, however it give rise to complaint to Banking Mohtasib (Ombudsman) as well as complaint under Banking Offences.
Suit for recovery may also be instituted.
