1.What is difference between petition and suit?
2.Whar is difference between First Rent APPEAL and Execution?
3.What is Constitution petition and when we file it?
Re: Civil Cases
suit is the main litigation, miscellaneous petition can be filed in a suit.and in some matters only application/petition is competent to be filed up.
when a case a decided the loser may file an appeal (this is first appeal) and the winner in the original suit if not appealed of.. can file the execution (meaning to execute the order of the court in the orginal suit or may be after the appeal if decided )Now the old rent law is abrogated and new law is in place.
III. any petition filed under article 199 of the constitution or under other provision , in the superior court is the constitutional petition.
aggrievied party can file it if the relief is not directly or readily available or otherwise too.
