Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
My mother is the legal owner of our house, but my father married twice and has 2 more children from 2nd wife. If God forbidden my mother dies will the legal ownership of the house will be automatically transferred to my father or to Us_the children of my mother(2 sons and daughter).
