Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Respected sir it's sara shah from Karachi I have been tortured my father since past 24 years and my
Mom aswell my brother and dad are so cruel
That fr them beating us is even not a big thing my dad has even said
Talas to my mum for several times and has written on the paper aswell but nothing was officially done and I want to marry a guy but they think shah girls can not marry a out sider so they are torturing me everyday and want to kill me aswell my brother and father both hate me and my mom and never let us even meet out paternal family and always use abusive language aswell I just want to knw what do law says about such people and is there a y fatwa that shah girls do not marry out side ..!!

Child protection law applicable in Pakistan and now special officers are appointed as child protection officers.

'But u r a major so u have every remedy to avail. You can registered a criminal case against them.

Muslim Family Law as well as constitution of Pakistan permit u to marry with your consent or with your own choice,

if you can leave your parents then law of land can protect you.
