we are 6 brothers we separat our fathers property.i start construction on my own property if either of my brother take court stay order then what will i do?

Whether property was partition by court or by mutual agreement.? is there any written proof?
As a sharer u can construct house and file answer the court with evidence. but if the share is not determined then u have face a little problem.
