Can Government policies be questioned in courts? For instance a government's policy on war or a governement's policy as regards a certain country or people.

Reply:-Yes, we can questioned the government policies in superior courts of Pakistan.Under the Article 184of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973, we can directly seek the remady from Suprim Court of Pakistan,secondly u/Article 199 of the Constitution a pitition can be filed before any High Court.
