I issued a guartee cheque of PKR1 Lac paying date 15-12-2010. Now the person whom behalf i issued cheque do not want to pay me and other part. How can i escape from this situation.

Ask your bank for stop payment and move an application to the ssp office requesting not to launch FIR in case of dishonor of checque. For more do consult me at legal-experts@live.com
