i am married for the last 9 yrs but we are seperated for the last three years. now i want to have custody of my kids. during this period of seperarion my husband is not paying me matainence. i dont want a divorse or khula, i just want custody of my kids. my all property and jewellery is in my husband's custody and he is not ready to give me my things back. he is threating me that he will take my children away from me. now i dont want to claim divorce or khula. i just want to have custody of my kids. how should i proceed? my daughter is 8yrs old and my son is 4 yrs old
