Shanghai Law or Act
I am trying to find information concerning American contractors overseas. Concerning a law or act in reference to the abandonment of contractors in the province of Shanghai, China. I was told there is a policy or law which states the responsabilities of sertain employers to ensure the return of it's employees back to the United States. Please forward any helpfull information or a actual copy or reference to this law or policy.
