Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pakistan

Hi, I have filed a case under 37 cpc in district court.I gave some money to X and he gave me a cheque as a gaurantey, At time of payment that cheque was disownered. I also have a signed aknowlegment of X for issuance of cheque but i dont have any written proof for giving the money to X. Now i want to file my case undder 37 cpc. Can some one kindly help me that what is my case strength?

if X owns any property and he/she fails to pay off your amount at the end then you can get auction orders of X's property at later stages. What about the criminal status of X. Have u lodged FIR against him u/s 489-F PPC. For more do consult me at [email protected]

if the word guarantee been inserted in your under-signed acknowledgement, then your case is week on that footing. try to re conciliate the matter out of court.
