Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pakistan
my father and uncle were residing jointly under joit family system firstly my uncle died and after few years my father also died we are four brothers living jointly with uncles family the only my younger brother insist upon to divide the business as well as the properties whereas my younger brother has already his own seperate business in the lifetime of my father besides he has already married an another girls without informing the parents by his own he had no concern with our business because he had setup his own business during the lifetime of parents . After the death of parents the younger brother pressurise to divide the business aw well as the property , we are not in a position to divide the business. Can he legally pursue for partition and if so then how we can be protected from his harm as if exercise his legal right ?

if the property and the business were the in joint hold of your father and your uncle then after their death's legal heirs are entitle to their respective legal share.either pay of the interested partitioner or else there is no other way to stop a legal recourse.
