Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
AOA,
I have a one question i have an investment with one party and in this contract he has charged his house as a security and after some months he has submitted the letter with my wrong signature now what can i do which FIR can set for this please tell me in detail what can i do now which FIR and what is the react of that FIR is police arrest him on spot or he will take interim bale such a stupid law and order situation in our country.

do not waste time, take immediate legal action civil as well as criminal .if you waste more time in only cursing the law, i dont think that way you will benefit from it.
