My brother stolen my blank cheque. The cheque was singed. I inform the bank and stop payment. I Give the FIR about stolen of cheque. POlice arrested him. He say that my brother give this cheque to him for the adjustment of a house. He did not present any written prof of his statement. The police released him. What is my legal position?

if u have then say thanks to God . that your brother was very stupid other wise you have to visit the jail instead of him.
