if the complainant did not made his appearance in the criminal courts then what will the legal ospect

what you mean is in a criminal complaint filed by the complainant, on a certain date of hearing the complainant did not appear in person.In fact it is a must for the complainant to appear in person to support his claim , unless exonerated by the court for the same. in other case in regular proceeding an incident can be condoned if for a due reason.But if it be objected by the opponent/ accused and the non appearance is habitual /consecutive than complaint can be reverted/ or court may take other appropriate action.
