I get some money on interest and give by name checks, Now i wants dont give any interest but the person having my checks going to launch fir against me, what kind of guarantee i have to give for confirming bail and fight the case out side the jail

There are many remedies u can avail, first one is denied in total and registered a report in the local police station that your cheque has been stolen and then obtain a stay order from civil court.
second, Money landering by a private person is a crime u can registered a FIR against him can claim a that the cheque were given as a security and not for cash.
