assalam o alaikum

in G&W what is procedure to get teprory custody of ward on special occasion on eid, how many days i can get custody of ward ( son 01 yr old ) at the moment he is in custody of his mother. is guardian court required any gurantee ?

application can be filled in same court. court normally allow meeting on 2nd day of EID. ur son is too young. and u have not much time to file such application as next month court ll remain off.
